Regardless of the environment (SAP Netweaver 2004, 2004s, or BW/BI 3.x), I often find myself scratching my head for that ABAP Program or Function Module to activate an datasource or transfer rule in a non-changeable environment like Quality Assurance or Production.
I have searched the SAP SDN enough times to know that there answer is there ... with enough digging. However, it is not the best use of my time (or patience). I've decided to copy the answer to my online repository and share it to whoever is interested in this info.
